## Summary

A prominent Indian youth leader, Abhijeet Dipke, has reaffirmed plans to lead a protest in New Delhi despite reports of widespread detentions of his supporters. The protest is in response to a voter-list revision that opposition parties claim has disenfranchised millions of citizens. The development has sparked concerns about the impact on democratic processes in the region.
